DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?
Yes, of course. There is a $500 minimum on commissions, and a 50% deposit is required. Please email us through the contact form and someone will get back with you to discuss all of the details.
The current lead time is 8-10 weeks from the time the deposit is received. However, Donna will do her best to accommodate any special projects and deadlines you are hoping to meet.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHEN NEW WORK IS AVAILABLE ON THE SITE?
The best way to find out about new work is to sign up for our e-newsletter when you visit the site or through Instagram. Donna is always posting new images that are in progress and final pieces as they become available. Her Instagram will link you directly to the site.
ARE YOUR PIECES SOLD WITH OR WITHOUT FRAMING?
If a particular piece is for sale framed, then the price includes the frame and the overall dimensions of the frame will be specified.
If there is an unframed pieced you are interested in having framed with the styles of frame used on her other pieces, please email us and we will try to accommodate your request.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF YOUR LOCAL AREA?
Yes! All art and furniture is exclusive of packing and shipping fees. We typically use FedEx Ground or UPS for smaller pieces, and you will be charged at checkout.
Oversized art and furniture is not eligible for flat rate shipping. A representative will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase regarding shipping costs. You will receive an email with an invoice for the oversized or customized shipping, which must be paid before shipping can be processed. Please contact us in advance if you would like an estimate prior to purchase.

CAN I RETURN A PAINTING?
All original art sales are final. Please email us at info@donnaroppolo.com with any questions or concerns regarding your purchase.
If you are unsure about a painting you are interest in purchasing, please request more photos and we will be more than happy to provide you with additional information.
Local approvals (Baton Rouge) may be available for you to try a selected painting for 48 hours. Please email us at info@donnaroppollo.com for terms and agreement.
